Regional Network AASSA : the former federations of Asian academies, FASAS and AASA, merged in Oct. 2012 to form the Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia (AASSA)

• ISTIC * will host an International Conference on May 22-23, 2013, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia : Sustainable IBSE/STEM in developing countries, with the participation of the IAP Science Education Programme.

2012

Following an initiative by the Malaysian Academy of Sciences and the UNESCO/ISTIC program, (Dato Lee Yee Cheong, Malaysia) an International Round Table was organised in Penang (Malaysia) on 2 October 2012, with the participation of the IAP Science Education Programme.
