The Kosova Academy of Sciences and Arts is the supreme institution of science and arts in Kosova, established by the Kosova Parliament in 1975. The Academy has four sections: the Language and Literature, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Arts. Currently the Academy has 19 regular members and 6 associate members.

The aim of the Academy is to develop, advance and promote the scientific and artistic work; accomplish and implement scientific achievements; cultivate artistic values; develop international scientific cooperation.
