Participants should make their own travel plans to reach London (Heathrow or Gatwick Airports) by the morning of Tuesday 12 January and will be asked to provide their detailed itinerary on an online registration form to ensure hotel reservation by 10 December 2009. Departures should be scheduled for Saturday 16 January for IAP Members attending the General Assembly. Please check with your closest British Consulate/Embassy on entry requirements and, if needed, apply for entry visas well in advance.
